With this policy statement, the undersigned indicates that Utraco Holland B.V. has the ambition to have the greatest possible added value to the benefit of its customers and to contribute to achieving their positive management. To achieve this, the company places an important focus on selecting, maintaining and increasing the knowledge and skills of its employees. The obtained GDP certificate NL/D 21/2019203 in 2021 as well as compliance with the conditions as described in the standards ISO 9001: 2015 helps to guarantee and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
With regard to quality, the policy is aimed at:
- maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction and customer focus
- increasing the knowledge and experience of employees in the organisation
- continuing to meet the requirements set by law and regulations; This means that all business plans, project plans and policy matters that concern the company are drawn up and executed in accordance with the European regulations for chemical products that are laid down in the REACH, CLP regulations and ISO 9001 and that our safety, environment and quality policy at least meets the legal requirements.
- providing a framework for determining quality goals and continuous improvement
- monitoring external and internal quality and continuously improving these processes
- providing clarity in the organisation by clearly establishing responsibilities, powers, procedures and working methods in the field of quality
- promoting clarity in work methods, thereby allowing our methodology to realise its full potential in every project and thus contributing to its success.
- providing services in accordance with set requirements and focusing on reducing risk and maximising opportunities.
- consistently base all our actions on sustainability principles to protect our planet and future.
The management of Utraco Holland B.V. keeps its employees informed of this policy, the ensuing agreements, and its implementation, making adjustments where necessary. Once a year, a final evaluation of performance takes place by management review. Relevant parts of the review are available internally and externally for interested parties. All employees and third parties who act on behalf of Utraco Holland B.V. need to support this policy fully and unequivocally in their personal involvement to the quality of our organisation and our services.
This policy statement has been evaluated on 21st of June 2023 and will be updated at least every three years as necessary.
